Waves, Hawaii

Observing waves is a fascinating experience. This set of 12 images, captured at Hawaii are of the Pacific Ocean knocking on Hawaiian volcanic cliffs. They show intricate patterns of surf covering the ocean's surface as the waves below collapse on the bluff, receed and merge with the next oncoming. If you take a close look at the images, you might spy the wave as it passes beneath the surface.
